Restorative Formulations banners are available in three standard sizes. To access, follow these steps:
- Enter the phone number associated with your Restorative Formulations account (authorization code) in the box below to embed it in the banner. This will link your patient's account to your Restorative Formulations account so that you get the rebate for their purchases.
- Choose the banner that will fit your site layout and click COPY CODE.
- Copy the code to your clipboard.
- Paste the code into your website's content management tool, admin panel or directly into the HTML source.
Or, send an email to your webmaster and paste the code within the body of the email.
